As an independent and specialist consultancy, Allander Noble can deliver a high-quality service without the high overheads of large recruitment firms. We ensure our clients receive a good deal and great results through our unique approach:

Competitive fixed fees: Our fees are typically 20% lower than our immediate competitors. At the start of the selection process, Allander Noble will agree a fixed fee, which is payable in four installments. The final payment is deferred until the candidate has been in their role for three months.

Guaranteed outcomes: We stand by our clients long after a candidate has been selected and appointed. All Allander Noble placements are guaranteed for six months; our team will also provide consultancy advice to smooth the appointment/transition process.

Long-term relationships: We take time to understand our clients’ organisation - their challenges, goals and culture. This means we can engage with clients at a deeper level, giving them confidence to discuss strategic, board or individual issues. Our long-term approach enables us to draw on our existing knowledge of clients and previous candidates to develop strong cohesive executive teams.  

Tailored search process: Allander Noble recognises the power of selectivity in executive search. Instead of relying on a generic database of candidates, we carry out a tailored search for every client request.
