Based on our ethos of long term relationships, we have, over the years, undertaken an array of assignments to support our clients, helping to build and develop their executive and senior leadership capability. We continue to develop and extend our services to support clients across the life cycle of executive leadership; from our traditional roots in search and selection, through on-boarding and supporting leadership effectiveness and development, to supporting change and reorganisation, and eventual retirement and succession planning.
Examples of innovations we are currently developing include a package of services to support retiring executives into new alternative/portfolio careers, through coaching and career management services and providing access to opportunities within the charitable sector or into non-executive positions. Similarly, as clients become more project orientated and executives seek more flexibility in their careers, we witness the growth of interim executive appointments and portfolio career management, and again we are developing services to support clients and individuals in securing such talent and supporting their operational set up.
